Using this system reduces the need for ladders, cleans glass and frames at the same time, cleans with greater efficiency than conventional methods, is environmental friendly as no chemicals or detergents are used, and the big plus is that windows can be cleaned in the rain.

  1. The price for cleaning windows does not include the removing of stickers, paint, cement, etc.
  2. A customer cancelling a subscription must also notify AC Window Cleaning in writing or by telephone at least 7 days before the next scheduled clean to prevent unwanted cleans and charges.
  3. Damages - We do not except liability for damage caused by decorative or structural defects or conditions at your property, such as Windows, doors, fascias, gutters, conservatory, trims, unsecured windows, or window and door leaking seals, decrative bars stuck on to windows, roting frames, flaking paint, open or broken trickle vents etc.
  4. 24 Hour Guarantee - AC Window Cleaning offer a 24 hour guarantee against any work carried out.  If your not completely satisfied with the standard of work done, just call us within 24 hours and we will re clean free of charge.
  5. Achieving optimum cleaning results may require a few cleans. For example detergent residue from previous traditional window cleaning methods may initially cause slight spotting, however in most cases this will cease after a couple of cleans.
  6. Weather - Our pure water systems work in all weather including rain, and low temperatures, high winds freezing temperatures do effect our services.
  7. By excepting our quotation and using our services you agree to be bound by AC Window Cleaning terms & conditions.
